Damn, not really a good start to the new year for me

I promised my partner Tajul that i would buy his Harrier, (i was the one that offered to buy becos i like his car too damn much) and he agreed to sell and and has gotten himself a W203 Merc to replace it. Now my funds that i initially planned to use to buy the car has to be diverted into a new project so i need to defer or maybe even cancel my planned purchase of his car. My loan oredi approved but i cannot proceed with the purchase due to the reason mentioned earlier.

I feel bad about not being able to keep my promise to him so i am now trying to help sell the car for him.

Anyways, the car is with a salesman friend and already advertised in Mudah. Anyone interested, pls call the person in the ad. I personally vouch for the car as i had borrowed it for a week and enjoyed every minute driving it.

I was surprised when Tajul informed me that his Harrier was up for sale. I have seen his ride in person and I dare say that it looks really good with all the extras. Anyone in the market for a Toyota Harrier would be getting his ride for a song. If I hadn't bought my Harrier (which I have no complaints btw), I would have bought this off his hands.

canggih meh? I admit the black rims were my doing, i wanted a more aggresive look, but easily reversed by repainting back to silver or changing to another less aggressive looking rims. Ori headlights are available and will be given to new buyer.

What will be the price if you take out all those rims, front grill etc and change it back to a normal harrier?

Just change the rims will do..if take out the grill then the car look weird else u need to take out the whole set of kits...mudah many normal harrier then..

Alphard's a nice ride- hitched many rides in my company's Alphard, Veilfire and Land Cruiser LX470 to meetings and airports; and my thumbs up to the Alphard's comfort and spaciousness.

It's easier to get Tajul's pimped-up ride than to get the typical Japanese spec- at least one needn't worry about the ICE installations. Just replaced my OEM ICE (Japanese radio has very limited frequency!) with a setup similar to Tajul's plus 2 additional LCDs for the rear passengers; and it cost my wallet to be so much lighter that it floats now, plus the pain of seeing the ICE guys damaged the leather, rubber and wood trims (then said, "That one last time already like that- not we damage one".)

pc, why spoil a good thing oredi? This car is loaded with stuff many Harrier owners wish they had. The parts that came with the car from Japan and the stuff added later, easily worth RM20k. I had checked at Winghin Motorsports Jln Loke Yew for the new prices (2nd hand halfcut prices prolly half) the following;

front aerotourer bumper - RM4k
red rear garnish taillights - RM4.5k (a pair)
TRD rear muffler - RM3.2k
TRD shocks (4 pcs) - RM3k
rear top bumper chrome garnish - RM650
TRD front grille - RM1k

Other stuff, like Eibach springs (RM1k), Alpine double din DVD player and reverse camera (RM4k) etc etc

Anyways, there are a couple of people who have submitted their loan applications oredi, if things turn out well. Worst case scenario, i am trying to work out something with Tajul to settle this with him. I might just take a personal loan or something to top out my shortfall.

Ho Jack, if there are HP loan applications already, most likely Tajul's Harrier would be sold as the Banks are pretty receptive of 'em Toyotas. Plus your market for the Harrier is very likely going to attract those with higher disposable income so I would deduce that your commitment to help sell Tajul's SUV would most probably be settled soon.
