Unbelievable man..........this stall is packed during lunch time. Was there 3 weeks ago for the Char Siew and Siew Yoke with a client who was in the same business. He was very impressed with the food. Now I am in trouble coz he wants me to show him how to get the texture of the Char Siew.

Friend, I am supplying him equipments so obviously I am the person who needs to show him results. If he has to ask the fellow himself then I no need to do business with him la.
