chilax. its not a real shelby to begin with so i wouldn't be too fussed about what it has under the hood. can be a 1.6 campro for what its worth.

This is just a replica..a real one would cost so much more..dont think any real ones made it to Malaysia though..

fuel funnel too small for a 65 body and not located on rear arch, using a mini monza fuel cap, rear lights salah, and 2 point wide roll bar is typically only seen on cobra kits. notwithstanding btw didn't say it wasn't a real cobra - not a real 'shelby'. big diff.

I think I hv driven this car, it is a kit car not the ori, but it then had a Rover3500 V8 in it.
Pretty powerful.

If it's a kit, it's not a Cobra. The name is owned by AC Cars. That's why all the kits have names like Hawk 289, Pilgrim Sumo, etc. They are not allowed to use Cobra on their kits.

Shelby is a manufacturer. The Americans like to call it Shelby Cobra in honour of its creator Carroll Shelby, whereas the British call it the AC Cobra, as it was originally based on the AC Ace, and the '60s cars were actually built by AC Cars at their factory in Thames Ditton.

Although most Cobras built were LHD and exported to the States, Cobras were built in RHD too.

The 2nd red car is a Karmann Ghia right, very badly tarted up and if in original condition, a very sweet car
