Eh why la, I am honored my comments are appreciated or is it the other way round...

Very nice, spark plugs cones identical to Toyota's KE engines.

Fan blade would be better in white or yellow. (powdercoat even better) highlight the fan..

But, while you are at it, get the A/C converted to R134 system, wont cost much
get a compressor from A Volvo 240/740 Zexel, change all hoses, get a similiar condensor,
blower/evaporator can be cleaned and reused but change the exp. valve.
Design the new AC hoses so that it will be hidden from view,

Mate , what paint is being used for the block, I am getting some special paint from US,
, will never peel off specially designed for engine painting. here cant get even ACE doesnt hv.

Thanx for the comments SS. The block is normal paint (no prob coz the surface is roough, paint will stick to it). The rocker cover and intake manifold is high temp paint.

Btw I found out the hard way when importing "canned paint" from overseas - it is ILLEGAL here in Msia... just to let you know in advance.

same like importing tyres or rubber products, need permit, and since M'sia is a rubber producing country, importing any rubber product will require permit. Honestly, if u use a freight forwarder, you can ask how to circumvent this thing, sometimes a matter of changing the description on the invoice, and say "gasket" instead of rubber gasket, boleh lepas.

Mebe paint have to declare as something else.

Maybe once can lepas. The next consignment hits a snag, it will lead back to the previous one. Then you'll be in big big trouble. Not only you but also the party who prepared the documents.

But the chap I am ordering it thru has bought it many times.

Normal paint will be ok for a short while, the moment you
wash the engine it will start peeling off.
