Darren Strikes Again! My Wagon @ Auto Detailer :)

Sent my Merc to Darren @ Auto Detailer in preparation for the Mercedes-Benz Concours this Sunday May 8th, and once the car was almost done, Darren took a few shots of it in the Batcave

When he sent me these pictures, I thought he'd secretly went back in time to 1985, bought and imported a brand new Merc W123 200T from Germany and swapped it with mine. Amazing, simply amazing...

I was having dinner at Jaya 1 last night and driving my cousin to B3 to collect something from his car. We had to pass by Darren's place and we saw a number of gorgeous vintage Mercs. They were absolutely beautiful! Now I know why there were so many there...all getting ready for the event.

Yes, did you see the 190SL and 280SL? Gorgeous! There's also a Fintail and a G-Wagen. The Fintail is a previous winner at the Matrade Concours last year

Thanks guys! It was a great show, seriously, I hope some of you made it there, well worth the drive out and braving the HEAT. Yeah, it was a very hot day, but better than rain for sure! All the cars that won were very worthy, and even one of the cars that Darren detailed won Best in Class, the G-Wagen! Well done Darren, the car looked great! Ironically it was parked just 2 cars away from mine! Worthy winner for sure

Brilliant day, perfect setting, great weather and an estimated RM80million worth of cars on display. Was really happy to participate and be among the cars on show. Crowd attendance was awesome too, a LOT of people showed up

Now, on to MATRADE in November!! That's going to be the 'Fetta's turn
