- car is not supposed to sag.

- check your front driver's side suspension turret , some have experienced cracking with the use of hard shocks.

i also like to upgrade my rear weekend shock to be stiffer. do you think even stock std coupe will be stiffer than my std weekend? i m also looking at monroe std or monroe reflex. according to catalog, they don't make monroe reflex for coupe.

based on catalog monroe reflex has better tech but no actual part for coupe. but can use 145/146/155 parts right?

wondering...

Hmm not sure about it....but i am sure the weekender should be stiffer as it's a wagon and mostly, wagon absorber are stiffer for the rear for load carrying.

I guess, the only way is to either get a custom shock like titan, hotbits or sports absorber for the marea.

my front shocks are sucks now, like on a sampan:D and because of this, i think it may affect my other parts like bushes and lower arm, because she is giving me some sound when i over some high bumps, the sound is getting more obvious now.

From all the sifus in this topic, it sounds like everyone has different opinion. I dono what to choose, but i really want something to be stiffer for my ride. And it seems like titan has the stiffers among all. The only problem is, i do not wish to do any mod on other things, i want plug and play. Anyone can help? Budget: below 2K.

Guys, any idea what number has Tanly change to? I tried to call this number +(602) 336 2600, but it seems engaged, tried many times. BTW, i'm looking for Koni absorbers for my coupe. Thanks

Marshal,

It would be pretty hard press to get anything decent below RM2k...Koni absorbers will require you to use the original damper housing so not quite plug and play.

With the budget that you have in mind, I would suggest looking for an OE replacement..perhaps something like Sachs or Boge. The next best plug and play option would be the Bilstein B6..but that comes to around RM1k for each front absorber.

Tanly's number is +65 6336 2600...+60 is Malaysia country code la..

oh no no, that was initial budget. Now, better. Quoted a price from ah Meng, so just see whether if i buy myself, see how much cheaper... and he ask me get it myself, and he do installation so that anything happened after installation he need not waranty... . so, if a lot cheaper, then will ask my friend to buy from SG.
