If you want just the engine, I saw one newer type(I think from UNO) in Puchong, will check the next time I go there but not sure when I can go.

maybe someone knows of an autobianchi A112 sitting someplace in need of love? thats the nearest to a full house '850 series' abarth engine that came as factory.....i wonder if any around in malaysia

No it is not OHC but OHV, very sure it is a 903,
but sure it is not from 127 but from some newer model.
I had a 127 and overhauled every single bit of it...
I know it in and out.

ok, sorry to assume that.

anyway, this sounds worth checking then, i wonder what car its from.....the only cars i know the 850 pushrod was fitted to are the 850 cars/vans, (reverse rotation), i include the SEAT 133 with them, and the 127, mk1 panda and autobianchi A112 (clockwise rotation)

just looking through my cosentino 'king of small cars' abarth bible here, the A112 came in 3 guise's

A112, A112 elegant with 52 HP and the abarth version with 982cc or 1049cc this last engine made 80BHP.

also interestingly the book lists a tuning kit in very small print hidden away for the '' A112 and Fiat 127 panda and uno..it shows a pushrod head.....i thought all the uno's were ohc.... :? learn somthing new each day i guess !!

gota be worth checking out !!
